Specializing in Healthcare and Higher Education projects, he also has experience with hospitality, cultural, housing, and commercial projects. Chris is a licensed architect, LEED Accredited Professional, CDT and OSHA 10 certified, with a focus on Healthcare, Higher Education, and Independent School projects in the eastern United States. He has worked on sustainable design projects and different construction delivery methods, including Design-Build, IPD, and Design-Bid-Build. With extensive experience writing Divisions 00 and 01 for Owners, Chris is a valuable asset to any project team.
